To streamline your first visit and expedite the check-in process, we will send you the necessary administrative forms to complete prior to your appointment.
During your first visit to our office, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and examination, which includes a thorough review of your medical and dental histories.
For all new patients, a complete series of diagnostic radiographs is required during this initial appointment. Radiographs are an essential diagnostic tool that enables us to accurately assess your overall dental health, identify any existing conditions, and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
Should you have recent, diagnostically acceptable radiographs from a previous provider, it is your responsibility to arrange for them to be transferred to our office prior to your scheduled visit. Please note that if these radiographs are not received before your first appointment, or if their diagnostic quality is insufficient, new radiographs will be required.
